Authentication

When using CleanDoD, the first action is to guarantee that the application is authenticated. To do so, use the website credentials. The authenticated application have a Registered to message at the status bar and the Authenticate button is disabled.

  1. User: this textbox is used to set the website username.
  2. Pass: this textbox is used to set the website password.
  3. Free Registration: this button is a link to the website registration page.
  4. Logout: this button is used to logout. NOTE: Remember that every authenticated account is attached to a PC hardware and it is persistent, when you do authenticate in a diferent computer, all other computers are signed out automaticly.
  5. Authenticate: this button is the action button to authenticate a user with the website.

Various features are disabled to an unauthenticated application. Authenticate to get all the features working.

NOTE: for security reasons, don't let the software authenticated at public computers.

Clean Interface

CleanDoD have a simple easy to use interface. To start a report capture, you don't need to do any configuration, just install and play cause the games are automaticly detected.

  1. Start Report: this button is used to start a report. CleanDoD will automaticly open the game. After closing the game, the data colected is sent to CleanDoD's website for community analysis.
  2. Analyze: this button is used to check someone's file, all generated files are available at report menu. This feature will be explained later.
  3. Filename: this textbox is used to set the report filename. Must be set before start the report.
  4. Language: this combo is used to change the program language. NOTE: if you want to help with translations, contact us!
  5. Game: this combo is used to select the game that will be played. NOTE: if any of your game isn't detected, reistall it using setup file. CleanDoD use data generated by setup file to detect the game.
Tournaments

CleanDoD do support tournaments, with the objective to organize files for future analysis. Inside the application, there is a simple interface to attach the report to a match of a tournament. Attaching a report to a tournament don't remove the file of player list.

For those who organize tournaments, there is some CleanDoD licenses available at the Store, purchase now and protect your tournament agains cheaters.

  1. CleanDoDID: it's a unique identification for players, can be used to integrate CleanDoD's website with 3rd party websites.
  2. Tournament Name: this combo have all licensed tournaments, without any game check. So, a tournament can be used with various games. To attach your report just select the tournament here. Need to be done before starting the report.
  3. Match Code: this textbox is used to put the match code generated by tournament owners. CleanDoD don' have permission to provide any match code, so contact the tournament owner.
  4. Match Password: same as match code.
  5. Clear: this button is used to deattach the report to a tournament. Must be done before starting report. NOTE: if the report is started, no change is possible to attach or deattach the report.
  6. Authenticate Match: this button is used to perform the attach action. It requires the Tournament Name, Match Code and Match Password to be set correctly.
Analysis

CleanDoD application do have a built-in solution for CleanDoD's files analysis. To enter that feature, just click the Analyze button at Report tab.

4.1. Image Analysis

Image analysis is an important step to detect visual cheats like wallhacks. Although it can't be automatized, that way we need an effort of all CleanDoD users to colaborate to reduce cheaters. Some images can be found with reports information inside the website, that feature were developed to help community colaboration. Feel free to comment and report cheaters.
